MBV Goes AI

AI@566 is enabling secure, role-based copilots across shops and departments. Early use cases focus on faster information retrieval, guided troubleshooting, and automating daily tasks.

  • Pilots: 21 Licenses were sponsored across all shops.
  • Enablement/Use Cases: 15 Use cases with short lessons and in-flow examples along with 8 Cross-Functional Use cases.
  • Copilot Support: Now that a Copilot license is available to majority of team members, we will have a support channel for all new members.
